Special Moves:

Lightning Torpedo -- Keia turns herself into at large bolt of lighting and slams into her opponent's chest throwing them clear across the fighting area.   She reverts back to her human form as her opponent falls to the ground.  If the move happens to get blocked, Keia turns back into her human form and flips back away from her opponent, but the move still knocks her opponent off balance.  (note: this move, if not blocked, causes twice the damage as a normal torpedo attack)

Spirit Drain -- Keia picks up her opponent by their neck, holding them tightly in her grasp.  Her hands begin to glow a golden color as she drains her opponent of half of their spiritual (life) essence.  When finished, she slams her opponent's body into the ground.

Cold Winds -- Keia creates a large ball of blue winds in her hand, and then blows it at her opponent as if she were blowing them a kiss.  It flies slowly at her opponent and when it comes in contact with them, they are frozen in place until she hits them.

The Spirit Bomb -- Keia summons the power of her own spirit and drains her opponent of their spiritual strength at the same time, creating a large glowing orb in her hand. She throws it at her opponent and it follows them until they either block it or get hit by it.

Thunder Flash -- Keia creates a loud sound of booming thunder and at the same time a sudden flash of of very bright lightning.   These two attacks both hurt and stun her opponent for a short time, allowing her to attack her opponent as she pleases.

Spirit Electric Shield --   Keia creates a shield around her body using her power over spirits and lightning to protect from attacks by her opponent.  If her opponent tries a physical attack against her during the short period the shield is up, they are electrocuted.

Tornado Grab -- Keia holds out one of her hands, towards her opponent and creates a large powerful tornado.  The tornado moves towards her foe, grabbing them in it's vicious winds and brings her opponent over to her.

Weapon: Spirit Staff

Weapon Moves:

Spirit Touch Uppercut -- Keia touches her opponent with her golden staff and sends a jolt of energy through it.  This stuns her opponent so she can hit them with a devastating uppercut with the end of her staff.

Vortex of Souls -- Keia creates a vortex of spirit energy by spinning her staff quickly in circles in front of her body.  At this point, she can either drag her opponent over to her for a follow up or push them away from her if they are too close for comfort.

Lightning Throw -- Keia covers her staff with lightning and stabs her opponent in the gut with it.  She, then, picks them up off the ground, electrocutes them for a few moments and throws over her shoulder to the other side of the fighting area.

Fatalities:

Lightning Wall -- Keia creates a wall of electric energy that extends from a small static ball in her hands to a large circle wave of electricity.  This fatality not only destroys her opponent but everything else that gets caught in the electric wall.  

Spirit Loss -- Keia touches her opponent on the cheek with just one of her finger tips and pulls out their very soul.  She takes the soul that rests in the palm of her hand and sends it to a place call the Void where their soul will float forever lost in eternities darkness  Their body falls to the ground, just an empty shell.

The Spirit of Lightning -- Keia calls upon lightning bolts to strike at her opponent and one single giant bolt of golden lightning withdrawals her opponent's soul while several blue bolts cause her opponents body to explode into several pieces.  Then Keia takes her opponent's the soul into her hand and destroys it as if she where crumbling a dry leaf.

Weapon Fatality:

Vortex of the Eternally Punished -- Keia creates her vortex by spinning her staff at a high rate in front of her body.  This time a portal opens up to the realm of lost souls.   Her opponent is dragged into the portal by a pull from the portal while there mortal body still lives.   Their screams can be heard as she closes the portal back up, locking them in there for the rest of eternity.

Story: Aspidyskeia is the original Lady Raiden.  Some years ago, she was capture by the now fallen Founder god, Satan.  She made an exact copy of her and sent the clone out into Medeva to take her place.  Lady Rai had no idea she was a clone, until a great deal of time later after she became a Founder goddess.  She offered to give Keia her name and her position in Medeva back, but the Weather and Spirit goddess refused.

Keia never truly believed that she was cut out to lead or protect a realm and felt that she would only lead Medeva to it's own death if she returned.  So she adopted a new name, used her spiritual powers to change her own genetic code so that she only looked like Rai but was not in anyway related to her, and went in search for a purpose to her life.  This leads her to the Alin Kuei and De'lmaria's pantheon where she makes a home for herself and three of her four children.  She makes a special bond of friendship with Mirage (nothing more) and shows a particular interest in playing pranks on Vortex.  While she still hangs out in the Earth realm, she enjoys spending much of her time raising hell at the AK.

With her spiritual powers developing at a rapid rate, Keia has discovered many new abilities such as being able to bring back the dead, being able to walk freely in the realms of the dead, creating spiritual type creatures, and being able to manipulate and control a person very soul.  This power combined with her ability to control the weather, makes her nearly as powerful as any of the Founder gods.

Despite all this, Keia remains a kid at heart.  Always pulling pranks and in general being a smart ass.  Life is such a precious thing that she feels by being serious all the time, she may miss out on a chance to have some fun.  Keia is friendly and loves to have a good time but she is quite serious when the situation calls her to be.  She hardly ever uses her powers to bully people unless given no choice.  She prefers to use her abilities to act as a counselor to help those who are unhappy with their lives.  She's a person that everyone loves when they first come in contact with and she's really fun at a party.
