Special Moves: 

Electromagnetic Wave – Rai extends her hand, creating a small ball of lightning in it.  The ball of lightning grows at a massive rate like a shock wave.  It hits her opponent knocking them into the air and continues to expand, hitting her opponent 3 times before ending. (Opponent cannot jump over attack) 

Bio-Electric Shield – Rai holds her hands out in front of her and creates a shield of bio-electricity around her body, protecting herself from projectile and physical attacks.  (Lasts for one hit) 

Thunder Shockwave – Rai claps her hands together, creating massive thunderous sounds.  This noise creates large waves that stun her opponent for a shot period of time. 

Hurricane Winds – Rai crosses her arms in front of her body and a large vacuum of wind immerges from her behind her, hitting her opponent and sending them flying. (Opponent cannot jump over attack) 

Hail Knives – Using her control over the weather, Rai creates a small storm just above her head.  She creates massive rainfall and strong freezing winds resulting in hail shaped like long spikes that blow directly at her opponent.  (Move can be done in the air) 

Electrocution Body-Slam – Rai grabs her opponent out of the air.  She holds them for a moment, sending a violent jolt of electricity through their body and then slams them down onto the ground.  (Done while opponent is in the air)

Weapon: Lightning Staff (Made completely out of electricity) 

Weapon Moves: 

Lightning Spider Strike – Rai takes her staff and slams it into the ground.  She then creates a serge of electricity that extends from different direction (in a circle) electrocuting and knocking her opponent off balance. (Cannot be blocked) 

Spinning Electric Uppercut – Rai hits her opponent in the stomach with her staff and then spins, spinning her staff as well.  As she faces her opponent again, she hits them with an uppercut from her staff knocking her opponent high into the air.

Fatalities: 

Snow Blizzard – Rai creates a snow blizzard that freezes her opponent in place and then makes a lightning bolt fall from the sky, effectively causing them to explode into several pieces. 

Complete Destruction – Rai creates a small ball of pure weather type energy.  She makes the energy expand, hitting the fighting area much like an atomic bomb... effectively destroying everything around her, including her opponent. 

Electric Explosion – A move that Rai picked up from her husband, she lifts her opponent high into the air and pumps their body full of electricity until they explode.

Weapon Fatalities: 

Impale Current – Rai holds her staff in her hand much like a spear and throws it straight at her opponent with all of her strength.  It goes right through her opponent’s body and as the staff dissipates it electrocutes her opponent with it’s current, causing them to explode. 

Display of Skill – Rai puts on an amazing display of skill with her staff and then brings the staff down at her opponent’s head with all her force and stops, just a fraction of an inch from killing them.  She pauses for a moment and then simply uppercuts her opponent (does not kill them) to end the fight.
