Special Moves:

Siren Quake - Selane lets out a low toned scream, towards the ground at her opponent's feet.  Waves of sound come from her mouth and shoot towards the ground.  As the waves hit the ground, it creates a small ground tremor that knocks her opponent off balance, causing them to stumble wildly for a few moments either towards her or away from her. 

Rushing Wave Punch - Selane lets out a low level hum.  Her body is then surrounded by low level sound waves.  She then rushes at her opponent with both of her fists out so quickly that her body becomes a blur.  She hits her opponent in the chest, knocking them right off their feet. 

Sound Blast - Selane lowers her body just slightly and takes a deep breath.  She lets out a loud piercing scream.  Huge sound wave immerges from her mouth and heads straight for her opponent, blasting them right off their feet, sending them flying high into the air making for an easy follow up on Selane's part.

Diagonal Flying Uppercut - (while opponent is in the air)  Selane emits a low humming sound, surrounding her body in low level sounds way allowing her to fly.  She flies at her opponent is a diagonal direction, as she reaches her opponent she suddenly flies one of her arms up, uppercuting her opponent.  They go flying higher into the air from the force of the impact and then come crashing down to the ground.

Weapon: Single Bladed Battle Axe

Weapon Moves:

Spinning Axe Kick: Selane jumps into the air and spins at her opponent.  She cuts them across the chest with her weapon and continues to spin.  As she spins, she viciously kicks her opponent in the face with her foot as she lands.  Her opponent is sent spinning to the ground.

Chopping Sweep: Selane motions like she is going to sweep her opponent off their feet with a sweeping kick.  Instead she slashes her opponent's feet with her weapon, not only knocking them down but doing some serious damage to their lower shins.

Fatalities:

Sound Overload -  Selane lets out her highest pitched scream, directed right at her opponent.  Her opponent screams, grabbing a hold of their head with both of their hands.  Blood begins to fall from their ears and nose as pressure begins to build until finally their head explodes, their body falling to the ground.

Speak Softly - Selane approaches her opponent and whispers into their ear in such a tone that they become entranced by the sound of her voice.  In the meantime, her hand begins to cover with massive sound waves and as her opponent begins to fall into a sweet slumber, Selane hits them with a powerful uppercut, removing their head from their shoulders.

Weapon Fatality:

Noisy Spinning Axe - Selane throws her axe at her opponent and it begins to make a spinning motion like a table saw.  She then lets out a long scream, allowing sound waves to increase the speed of the axe as such a rate that when it hits her opponent it flies right through their chest and abdomen area, embedding itself into the ground or nearest wall.  She can actually see straight through her opponent's body as they fall to the ground.

Story: Selane Carlez became part of the Mexican army as soon as she was old enough to join up.  Because of her powerful voice, the secret service in Mexico chose her to be part of a project to give their agents the ability to destroy Mexico's enemies without the need of any sort of weapons.  Selane's voice box was installed with a special device that amplifies her voice, turning it into a deadly weapon.  The device was also attached to her airways in order for her to more effectively use the amplifier.  The only downside to this was the fact that if Selane spoke she risked killing those around or destroying things.

As she served her country, they developed a better system making it so that anyone installed with the device would now be able to talk.  Since Selane's amplifier cannot be removed without destroying her voice box and part of her airways, she became obsolete to her country.  She was released or tossed aside by the country she loved so much like she was nothing.  With no where to go and no way to communication but through sign language and writing notes to people, Salene wandered about for more then a year, trying to find a way to use her abilities to help people.

She had a chance encountered with the United States Officer and Alin Kuei member by the code name of Sage.  Instead of telling his country about her, he takes her to the clan in order to inspect this implanted device closer.  Not finding a way to remove it, Sage promises to at least work on a way to enable her to talk again but in the meantime she might as well join the Alin Kuei so that her talents no longer go wasted.

It doesn't take her long to make herself at home and become quit friends with several of the telepaths in the clan.  She finds it easy to talk with the telepaths then tiring herself with sign language or writing little notes.  Selane may be a woman who will not speak but she cares deeply about the welfare of others and vows to use everything that has been given to her to protect and defend a group of people she has begun to call family.
