Weapon: Dragon's Eye

Weapon Moves:

Dragon's Claw: Emerging from the crystal ball, a dragon's claw made up of magical energy appears.  Its razor sharp claws are capable of slicing anything in its path to shreds. Blockable

Energy Blast: A ball of blue energy rockets towards the opponent.  Blockable, but knocks the wind out of the opponent.

Pin Down: The bottom Claw shoots off onto the opponent, immobilizing them for a brief time, then returns to the staff.  Unblockable.
 

Special Moves:

Illusion: Manipulates opponent's vision into seeing more than one figure. The only time it can be stopped is if the actual figure is struck.  This also enables muliplied figure to strike opponent 10x than normal. 

Teleport: When done, her cloak is left where she once was, and she appears where she will surprise her opponent.

Fog Attack: Surrounds the opponent, neutralizing all attacks.  Blockable, but has strong impact.

Paralysis: a blue energy ball is shot at the opponent, temporarily holding them where they are, ground or air.  This enables Cerrridwen to get in a couple of hits before it wears off.

Cobra: The Dragon's Eye changes into a giant cobra.  It wraps its tail around the opponent and drags them toward Cerridwen, where she'll get in 5 or 6 hits before the spell wears off.
 

Fatalities:

Weapon Fatality:

The Hammer:  A huge sledge hammer emits from the Dragon's Eye and squishes the opponent.

1000 Dragons Fury: 1000 green energy dragons come out of the crystal ball and devours the opponent.

Slice & Dice: A gigantic blue energy chainsaw cuts the opponent into bits of goo.

Purple Dragon:  Cerridwen creates purple lightning bolts, which gathers into a dragon.  It heads toward the opponent, severly frying them.

Pitt of Death: Cerridwen opens a pit in the ground in front of the opponent.  He/she is then sucked into it, where the most vile and deadliest creatures rip them to shreds.  Then the pit closes.

Disembodiment: Cerridwan casts a spell where the opponent is lifted off the ground and the limbs and head are torn off.

Story:

It is believed that Cerridwen has been around since the Medieval period.  It is also believed that Cerridwen was the one who created magic (both black and white). 

The Dragon's Eye was given to her as a gift by Merlin, himself.  But before he could tell her of its great powers, he was killed by one of Morganna's henchmen. 

During one of Cerridwen's travels, she met up with Anachita, and challenged her to a fight.  The battle lasted for days and ended as a stalemate.  They ended up being friends despite having little in common.

It was Anachita who brings Cerridwen over to Medeva.
