Weapon: Long spear

Weapon Moves:

Harpoon Stab: Izanami throws her spear at her opponent.

Teleport Launch: Izanami throws her spear straight into the ground.  It reappears directly under where her opponent is standing, stabbing into them if they are stilll standing at the same spot.

Special Moves:

Dead assistant: Izanami calls upon one of the dead souls she commands.  It appears as a specter and passes through the opponent, draining some of his or her life energy slightly.

Skull throw: Izanami creates a flaming skull and throws it at her opponent.

Sic 'em: Izanami sends her pet, Pikka, to attack her opponent, slashing at them twice and/or biting them.

Stab & Slam:  Izanami stabs her opponent through the heart with her spear, then picks him or her up with it, throwing them over her head, where they slam into the ground.

Slice in Half: Izanami uses her spear as a pole vault, launching herself closer to her opponent and using the momentum to swing the spear down upon her opponent, slicing them in half, lenght-wise.

Lost Soul Send Offt:  Izanami's hands glow purple as she takes her opponent's soul and casts it into the realm of lost souls.  The opponent's body falls forward as a gray corpse.

Dinner Time:  Izanami transforms into Cerebus, the mythological three-headed guard dog of hell.  She pounces upon the opponent, mauling him or her to death.  Her pet, Pikka joins her in the carnage.

Story:

Not much is known about Izanami.  The Goddess of the Dead went to Medeva after hearing of Rai's search for new gods and goddesses for their pantheon.

Despite the fact that Izanami is the goddess of the dead, she is a fun loving goddess, and cares deeply for the dead souls that she protects.

No one knows where Izanami came from, nor will she say. Although some are suspicious of her and her motives,  Izanami is pure of heart.

Izanami often travels with her pet, Pikka, a hyena-like creature.
