Weapon: Long sword

Weapon Moves:

Water Spray: Kwannon will do a wide slash with her sword, and a spray of water extends from the blade, striking the opponent (and getting him or her really wet)

Slashing Uppercut: Similar to her Liquid Uppercut move, only with her sword withdrawn.

Twirl:  Kwannon spins her sword like a baton. It acts like a shield.

Special Moves:

Geyser: Kwannon summons a geyser of water directly underneath her opponent, lifting them up several feet, before crashing to the ground.

Liquid Uppercut: Kwannon transforms into a puddle of water, moves closer to her opponent, then uppercuts them as she transforms back.

Water Slide: Similar to Sub Zero's ice slide, Kwannon slides along the floor and knocks over her opponent.

Weapon Fatality:

Decapitation:  Kwannon beheads her opponent.  She'll then raise the severed head with the tip of her sword in triumph.

Sea Serpent:  Kwannon transforms inot a giant underwater sea serpent and devours her opponent whole.

Water Pressure:  Kwannon calls up a wall of water that wraps itself around her opponent.  She makes the water implode upon itself, squeezing her opponent to death.

Story:

Kwannon  is the youngest of two sisters from a parallel realm known as Tectra, which had fallen when the Shao Kahn in their dimension invaded.  Kwannon's father, Ammon, the Tectran god of the skies and the protector of the realm, died to protect his wife and daughters from capture.  Jiana was captured, despite her husband's sacrifice, but both Kwannon and her older sister, Nikta, escaped.

Kwannon longs for the day that she and her sister will return to free their realm and their mother from Kahn's clutches, as well as to avenge their father's death.   Wandering from realm to realm seeking allies, Nikta and Kwannon encountered Rai, who promptly invited them both to join the Medevan pantheon.  Rai offered to train them and aid them when they were strong enough to face Kahn.

Kwannon is a free spirit.  She likes to play tricks and joke around.  She's the complete opposite of her sister, Nikta.   The trauma of seeing her father die, and her mother captured affects her more than she'll ever let Nikta or anyone else know.
